Carol's Story
Graduated and went to Howard College in Alabama for 2 years. Moved back home - not happy there and met my 1st husband and got married in 1963. We moved to California, got divorced in 1968 and I moved back to Louisville in 1970. Was very active socially and professionaly until 1981 when I remarried a 1957 EHS graduate - Tony Elam. Semi-retired and thought I was happy until 1992 when I was informed that we were not happy - and got divorced. Got a job and worked until 2004 and moved to The Villages in Florida. s but it was not home so I moved back in 2006 and have been very happy that I am now back home. I am retired - not because I have mountains of money but because I deserve to be a slug and enjoy the rest of my life. Stay very much involved with my dear riends, family and my church. That is my life in a "nut" shell BUT there are many GREAT memories that keep me going. I have had a very fun life along with some teary ones but overall, I love life and love to laugh. That's about it but if you ask me anything, I might just tell you.
