Life
High school seems so far away... I don't think I ever spoke to many people there, I was much too shy! But I have been incredibly lucky in finding and pursuing a career path that has let me work with and help adolescents, probably because that was such a difficult time for me. After college and living upstate for awhile, in a relationship, I came back to New York in 1981 to start NYU graduate school of social work- and I've been living in N.Y. since. .e. doing more of the work I love (and less administrative paperwork), and equally importantly, getting my life back! I've met several good friends either at work, in support groups or while traveling (a definite passion that I'd like to do more of). I'm finally starting to realize just how much fuller my life is with good friends that I absolutely can count on as my "family". They are irreplaceable! And, just perhaps, I can re-connect with those people I was friendly with in H.S., and I'd also love to hear about how everyone is doing. So, if you remember me at all, I'd love to hear from you!
