Life
I was Carol Cameron in High School. I'm living in Virginia now but occassionally go back to the old stomping grounds (College Park, Hollywood, Greenbelt, etc.) A lot has changed since then ('50s & '60s) but I still have a lot of great memories of 'simpler times.' We hung out at Hollywood Drugstore, went shopping in Greenbelt ...Expand for more
at S.K. Kleins, and PG Plaza, where there was a Shoney's with a HUGE Big Boy statue out front. Does anyone remember the Shoney's campaign "Shoney's Big Boy - Should he stay or should he go?"
The radio station we listened to was WPGC. To this day whenever I hear the music from that era, it takes me right back to my College Park days.
