Life
Happily married to Weldon for 17 years. Living in Cecil, Arkansas with our two children, 18 year old Sam and 8 year old Sara (yes, I was 45 when I had her). We have 3 dogs. Our favorite was our yellow lab. He was 12 years old when we lost him on January 1st. Very sad start to 2009. Last month we picked up a daschund to add to our family. Full of energy and helps us get over the loss in January.

I had lived in Dallas-Ft Worth for 15 years, but am so glad we moved to the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. Rural Arkansas is slow paced and the crime rate is so much lower than the big city areas. The schools are just like the ones you read about from years ago, small and close-knit. I zip around the mountains in my Pontiac Vibe, and a fun night out is either a high school basketball game or an occasional movie. I do miss Buffalo, but am glad I call Arkansas home.
