Todd's new crate pad came today. The wool filled mattress has a waterproof cover and lifetime guarantee provided Todd doesn't chew it up. Since Todd's not a fabric chewer I feel pretty safe.

Baby Gabe's Halloween costume is almost done. Have to finish sewing on the stem and putting elastic in the sleeves. Mary Jean is going to be a mermaid. I put her costume together but didn't make any of it.

My great nephew, Gabriel Michael Jr, in his watermelon costume. He looks appalled!
Came across this tiny bracelet in my jewelry box. My grandma Citta visited her daughter and daughter's family after they moved to CA in the late 50's. She brought these souvenir bracelets back for all of her granddaughters.
My little niece wearing the 43 year old jumper. They will do the official picture once her cast is off in 6 weeks or so. She is holding a picture of her mother in the dress.

12 jars of homemade peach jam, 3 are spiced with hot pepper, 1 dried hot pepper per jar. I have 1 1/2 pints in the fridge that wouldn't fit in the canner.
