Carol's Story
Life
Graduated from WCHS in 1960. Graduated from National college of Education in 1965. Taught primary grades until my daughter was born in 1970. Was a stay at home mom for 10 during which time my son was born. In 1980 I went back to work for the Fountaindale Public Library District in Bolingbrook and Romeoville. After working there for 10 years I went back to school at Northern and received my MLS in 1994. ...Expand for more
I married for the second time in 1993. After 20 years of service in the Children's Department of the library, I retired in December of 2002. I keep myself busy now by running my own business as an Indeppendent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay. I also teach a class in Children's Literature at Joliet Junior College. My husband and I spend most of our summer weekends at our little place in South Haven, Michigan.
