Carol's Story
I always wanted to be a singer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were wrong maybe.
I still love to sing, and do every chance I get,at church or when my husband and I go out. That doesn't happen much. When you get to be our ages and you work all day by the time night or the weekend gets here all you want to do is sit back have a glass of wine and spend time together.
Over the years I have been married three times third time is the charm. They say some times you must kiss a frog before you find the prince, well I had to kiss two. I have three grown daughters, and one still at home that we kept after we retired from doing foster care. She will 19 this year and is a SR. at no other than BHS. We have four grand children 2boys and 2girls.
I still have horses and love to ride, my husband was not ...Expand for more
a country boy but has learned a lot about the life since we have been married. I guess I really didn't give him a choice. We Live in Roy, it seems you can take the girl out of the country but you can't take the country out of the girl. I lived in NY for several years and couldn't wait to get back here. that was husband number 1. I have lived in Eastern Washington and really love it over there but my husband doesn't care for it so here we are.
I love to spend time with my grand kids and my daughters. My one grandson Alix is into baseball, football, and wrestling and is very good. His little sister does cheer leading for his football team. My other two live in Montana and so I don't see them as much I want to. My granddaughter there is my oldest and she is a SR this year. Her bother is into football and golf. Maybe he will be the next Tigger Woods.
