Carol's Story
After high school I attended Eastern Michigan University for one term. I became a medical assistant and worked in Pontiac for an OG-Gyn until I was married in 1968. We moved to Norfolk, Va. where my husband was stationed in the Navy until we came back to Michigan in 1971. We have one adopted daughter and have recently moved to South Lyon from Caro. -home empty nester and enjoy writing and speaking to women's groups. I have been a crisis pregnancy and post-abortion volunteer counselor and also worked with a hospice organization before moving here. I facilitated 2 bereavement support groups for them.
I still love to sing and think often about my days in a capella choir and Sr. Girls ensemble. Good memories!
