Carol's Story
I floundered for many years, but found my way after having a reunion with my son. Ron Kiracofe and I had a baby at 16 and were forced to relinquish him to adoption. In 1991, Ron and I had a reunion with our son, Jason. He is my miracle.

e workshops for adoption professionals, birthparents, adoptees and adoptive parents. Currently, I am a therapist at Michigan Avenue Academy, an alternative school in Paw Paw. I also have a part time private practice.
Even though I did not get a chance to be a part of Jason's life while he grew up, we are very close now and I can't imagine life without him and my granddaughter.
My current career psssion is neuroscience. My personal passions are my dog and traveling.
