Carol's Story
After high school, I had a great time traveling and going out with friends. I married my husband Steve in 1983. We have 4 children. My oldest Kristen is from Steve's first marriage. I adopted her in 1991. She has always been in my heart, since the moment I first met her when she was 4. We also have 3 boys. I am very proud of all of them. Kris has been married 7 years to my wonderful son in law. Scott the oldest graduated ECSU with his BA, in performing arts. He got married in Nov. Shes wonderful too!!!! lessed life and can't wait for each new day. I work in a elementary school with kindergarteners. I have been there 14 years and I still haven't grown up. Steve and I celebrated 25 years together in 2008. My favorite thing (other than my kids) is UCONN womans basketball. I have been to 2 final fours and I am trying to convince my husband San Antonio is lovely in April. That's it
As of Oct. 2014, 3 out 4 are married!! My middle son Sean married his love Nov.10 last year! He met her at oldest son Scott's wedding. Became a grandma for the first time July 8. He is the best. He came while I was recovering from Lutheran cancer. Best therapy ever. My husband and I will celebrate 31 years together this month. Oct. 28. Love
