Carol's Story
Life
My Spouse
My husband was acquainted with the president of a publishing company for which I worked. He was at that time a professor of Engllish at an Oklahoma university.
My Pets
See our recent announcement of the adoption of Remi and Pandi from the Humane Society. We still miss our old boy Chips every day and hope to have another dog join our lives some day, but for now we love our two cat friends.

her first shows in the nest few weeks. .
My Job
See my announcement. I am now happily employed for the Humane Society of Missouri. II was a manager of the gift shops but due to budget cuts my position was eliminaterd. I now man a hotline for the Veterinary Medical Center. It is a great pre-retirement job as it is one in which I don't take my work home, but feel like I am helping animals,
School
Jerry Beasley. Big surprise. I was probably one of dozens. I thought he was one of the nicest boys I knew.
I absolutely adored my Latin teacher, Mrs. Dietrich, and my drama coach, Mary Doughtery.
I think the funniest thing was going to homecoming with Jacke Wetherington. We had a minor accident on our way to that awful game against Pompano Beach. . No one was injured and the damage to the cars was .
minimal, We went on to the game without reporting in to our parents about the wreck. They weren't happy. They thought we should have told them before the game. .
I always wanted to be a WRITER when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a FAR-FETCHED idea. As it turns out, they were WRONG.
