Carol's Story
I married my husband in 1964 and moved to Michigan. I met Carl in Florida in 1962, during summer vacation after my junior year of high school. He was in the navy and I was working as a soda girl behind the lunch counter near the boardwalk of Jax Beach. We wrote for a year and after graduation, we met again in Florida and within two weeks were engaged. We have been together almost 47 years now. andchildren.All of our children live within 40 minutes from us so we are fortunate to be able to see them frequently. We have three grandchildren in college and another to graduate this Spring. We have 2 sets of twins. Non identical. The oldest set is 19 (girls) and the youngest (boy/girl are only 3. I attended college at Lansing Community college and am a menber of Phi Theta Kappa. I am a writer of children stories and compose Christian songs.
