Carol's Story
Life
I live in Marshalltown, Ia. My husband and I both retired in 1995. We took early retirement at 55 yrs. old. I have two daughters, a stepdaughter, a stepson, two grandsons, and 3 granddaughters. The last 45 years consisted of working (last job was 32 yrs. long and I retired from it in 1995), raising two daughters (many years as a single mom) getting a college education (daughters spent lots of nights with me in classes), managed (and was the catcher, and source of everyone's amusem...Expand for more
ent) a women's softball team for ten years, had an herb business for 10 years and now do what I want, when I want and how I want! I spend lots of time on my computer and teaching and helping all our friends and anyone else who needs help with their computers. I've been online for about 10 years and since I am an avid reader - I spend lots of time subscribing to tons of free newsletters covering lots of subjects. I'm also working on our genealogy. All this seems to keep me out of trouble!
