Carol's Story

Life Moved from Littleton, CO to Denver, CO in Feb. 2004. Have one daughter, Stephanie, now married and living in Ft. Collins, CO. On May 4, 2005 she presented me with a beautiful little baby granddaughter, Olivia Jean. Divorced 1986,remarried 1988 to Greg. Miss old friends but love Colorado. Still working!!! School I loved those silly elementary school plays and our dancing teacher, Miss Garrity. I miss those days when life was simpler. I live in Denver, CO now, have worked since I graudated HS. I'm married to my present husband 20 years, have a 29 yr. old daughter, and a 4 year old grandaughter. I have very fond memories of St. Raymond School and my many friends. I miss a lot about growing up in the Bronx and wouldn't trade it for anything, but I love living in Colorado. Workplace Prior to 1991 I have always worked as a Secretary/Exec. d and I took the plunge and went into the coffee business. I owned and operated espresso carts outside and in the Convention Center in Denver. In 1993 we opened a coffee shop in our suburban neighborhood and sold the business in 1998. I have spent 10 years in non-profit fundraising and found my true passion, working in the community. I have been unemployed since May (2009) and enjoying the summer off in Colorado. Plan to be working again soon for a new foundation whose mission is to help the needy in this country and around the world. I hope old friends remember me as fun-loving, outgoing and the one who plans all the reunions!!! The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Barbara Kleinman, because we were BFF's growing up and lost track after H.S.. I'll never forget sitting in her bedroom on one of those NY all day rainy days, playing Monopoly for about 10 hours!
