In the summer of 2007 Carol co-founded A/E/P Central, LLC, owner and operator of CivilEngineeringCentral.com, a niche job board catering exclusively to the civil engineering industry. What initially started as a job board and resume database evolved into a community which provides avenues and outlets for discussions relevant to the civil engineering industry, in particular as it relates to the overall job market, the employment process and the work environment.
