Carol's Story
Mike Jukiewicz & I got married 11 months after graduation. We had 3 children and were married for 34 years before his death 2003 from a heart attack. We lived in Willoughby for the first 3 years , then moved to Peru, Ind. as Mike followed his boss & friend to a new car dealership there. When it burned down in 1976 we moved to Dever, /co. where we opened our own business "We Do It All, Inc, Home management & Maintenance". his time trying to solve our son's murder. In 2000 we decided to follow our daughter (&grand daughter & son-in-law) to San Angelo, Texas (our eldest son Mike, JR still live in Denver) where Mike restarted his business while I became involved in Parents of Murdered Children and Heartprints, Inc (the first counseling service on the net which I started). Three years after Mike's death I met and married Jerry Peebles and moved down to Alpine, Texas. Jerry & I travel extensively; while at home Jerry has his wood woking and I have my sewing to keep us busy.
