Is it really possible that it will be 50 years next year since I graduated from NMHS, yep, celebrating my 66th birthday today, so guess it really is true! I do feel blessed to still be in touch with friends I made in high school. Although we live some distance apart, the internet has allowed us to keep up with each other from time to time. After graduation worked for Ma Bell for 1-1/2 years, took a leave of absence and moved back to my roots in upstate NY, met Gil, a week after I arrived (introduced by an old boyfriend), and married a year later. He went to Vietnam for a year, we had a daughter, Tracy, born in 1967. We lived in NYS for about 5 years before moving to Virginia, the Hampton Roads area. I have worked in the secretarial field (my CBE experience served me well) all my life. Currently employed at Chesapeake Public Schools for the past 11 years, working for a wonderful lady, under Federal Programs, Title I. Hope to retire in the next 4 years.
