myself to look for the good in people and I think about this quote more than any other. All people struggle with doing the right thing. I know I do.
I watch, even in my family here, and see moments of love, kindness, & selflessness, then moments of selfishness, self centered, & self serving attributes. I have to remind myself that human nature tends to lean toward the latter and we have to consciously work toward the former.
I have to examine my own heart daily, to keep myself in check. I fail miserably, at one point or another, but I try to put it at the feet of Jesus and do better the next day.".
