Carol's Story
Robert (Rob) and I have been married for 38 years now. We have a married son (Kevin & Jodie) who has 3 daughters. Oldest is now 4 and 1 yr old twins. Our daughter is married (Karen & Sammy) with daughters now 5 and 3 with a little brother 2 years old. One little boy in the middle of sisters and girl cousins. How can he ever mess up in life with all those females looking after him!! We have been with Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society since June, 1974. Our family is close (both in distance and fun) and we get together as often as possible taking a family vacation at least once a year when we can. We all live in West North Carolina. ing everybody in 2010. Can't believe 40 years have flown by!! Update as of June 2010. We will not be able to attend the reunion. We have obligations to Woodmen that have been in the making for years that we have been a part of and June 4 and 5 are the dates it all came together, so we will be attending ground breaking ceremonies and a family festival. We made it to 39 years this past March and our oldest grandchild just graduated from Kindergarten! This year our grandchildren will be 6,5,4,3 and 2 years old. Can't wait to see pictures from reunion and maybe we can have something in the fall at one of the football games!! Hope everyone has a good year and stays in touch.
