I've been single for quite a while now, and although I'd love to find that special person to spend the rest of my life with, I don't have any need to date just to keep busy.
I understand the theory that opposites attract, but I have absolutely no idea how that is supposed to work on a day-to-day basis. I am more attracted to women like me: competent, creative, funny, successful, caring, fun-loving, passionate, and involved. Just think what a powerhouse combo we could make!
A dear friend tells me that the secret to the "opposites attract" thingie is that while you may be quite different on the outside, you must share the same core values. Soooo, here are my core values: integrity, honesty, commitment, kindness, fairness and hard work.
Oh, I've got my romantic side too, although in the interest of full disclosure, I cannot stand walks on the beach. But if you want to sit beside a gently burbling stream in the mountains of Colorado and count the stars, then I'm your girl. My lifetime goal is to own and operate an upscale GLBT guest ranch/resort in the Rockies.
