Carole's Story
I attended Coronado from 1968-1970 transferring from Irvin High School. I was in Choir, Modern Dance and played Bloody Mary in South Pacific in my senior year. Many people will remember me as Anne. Years ago, I got tagged with the nickname Brandy (from the 60's song) from a guy I dated who was in the Navy--he was always on the ocean. That nickname has stuck over the years.
After High School, I got married, had a son and was a military wife for several years. That marraige ended and I moved to Anchorage Alaska where I lived for 3 years. After leaving Alaska, I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where I have lived in the Tulsa or surrounding area ever since.
I remarried in 1992 and sadly lost my best friend/husband in 2006. I have 2 beautiful grandchildren from my marraige. My grandson is 17 and will graduat...Expand for more
e next year and my granddaughter is 15 and going into the 10th grade.
I live about 20 minutes from Tulsa with my 2 cats. I enjoy working on computers, crocheting, going to the casino's (playing poker) and I play poker online (not for money--just for fun). I love watching Dallas Cowboys/Texas Longhorns football and really get ribbed when OU/Texas play.
I got into computers in the early 80's and have been in some form of system administration/support ever since. I am currently a Technical Support manager for a financial intermediary company in Tulsa.
I have returned to El Paso several times and am amazed with each visit in the changes that have occurred--especially on the West side. Areas that used to be nothing now have stores/service stations/quick marts.......hardly a piece of ground is untouched.
