Life
High School memories for the most part ,at least the last few years there,have been a recurrent nightmare for me .However now that I have a son in High School and a daughter in Elementary school, I have a better appreciation of what schol has to offer them and what a positive experience school can be .When I moved to california I worked in the art business ie galleries ect for many years before going back to college.Iwent to UCLA a and graduated with a degree in nursing.After working as an RN for several years Iwent back to school, this time to Stanford University Medical School and recieved my degrees as a PA, physician assistant and NP family nurse practioner.I work in a Primary care office and enjoy what I do alot. ever are my husband and kids.Ive been married 16 years to a wonderful guy Richard whos originally from New York, he works in the art and antique world. My son ,Sam is 15 years old and brillant in mathmetics and science,he founded a genetics club at his High School and most of all a kind person .My daughter Sarah is 10 years old and in the 5th grade.She is a good student and excels in the arts music,drama,art .I live by the beach in Santa Monica California and love it.Do miss the cold weather and snow sometimes .Favorite movie of all time has to be Almost Famous which sems to really capture the essence of my memories of the time of my youth.Would I want to recreate my memories of High School, no way but I know my children are creating wonderfulmemories of theirs..
