Carole's Story
Life
I have one son named Jason and he is 35 years old and lives in Dallas, TX. He is the very best friend in my life and I love him more than life itself. He is a manager over several IT specialists and has definitely made it!!! He is also a stand-up comedian and makes everyone who comes in contact with him laugh. I love to dive and water is one of my favorite pleasures, other than riding. I love to ride horses. I have owned my own businesses and am a chef.
My husband of 22 years is Robert. We have had a blessed life and have owned businesses most of our married life together.
I am a certified chef and love to cook. My specialties include recipes that I have created. When I get down, I just go into my kitchen and cook or create new recipes whether it be pastries, cakes or entrees.
I owe all of my abilities to my mother and grandmother who have both passed away. They started teaching my sister and I to cook and prepare at the age of 9 and 11. (Judi is 2 years older than me) It was a blessing, but at the time it sucked!!!
My mother and father passed away two years apart from one another and it was very hard. I had such a wonderful childhood. They gave my sister and I everything we ever wanted or needed. We would...Expand for more
go on vacations twice a year. We had a beautiful place on Grand Lake and would ski, fish and boat all year round. It was wonderful. My mother was a great friend when we were growing up and some of you might remember when she would take us to Pennington's and some of my freinds then smoked and she would give them cigarettes and let them smoke. We all thought that was so cool. My dad left on Monday's to travel and would not return until Friday, so my mom said "Let's Party" (Ha-Ha)
My Uncle owned "Little Joe's" jazz club and also ran "Celebrity Club" for my other Uncle, Mike Samara for many years. I learned a lot from them as well.
I attended OSU and majored in Biology and started out as a Lab Technologist at Saint Francis hospital. I worked there for nine years and loved it, but I was truly a free spirit and wanted to start out on my own per say. That is when I started looking for other opportunities.
My life compared to most is probably boring, but I have achieved much in my short life. I have overcome lymphoma and feel really fortunate to be here writing this message. I would do anything for anyone at any time near or far. My motto is "Life is too short" so we should all remember we could and should all be friends.
