Carole's Story
I graduated from UT-Austin in 1970. I taught school in Tahoka, Tx and then moved to Dallas where I worked for International Harvestor Finance. In 1976 I moved to Chicago, and worked for IH on Michigan Avenue. I married in August of that year. I quit working there in December so I could travel with my husband on his job. is now 32, and a daughter Caron, who is 31. My husband was from Wisconsin, and we ended up moving there to raise our kids. He passed away in 1998. My son Jon is single, and is a foreman for a company that installs steel roofs on barns and other buildings. My daughter Caron, is a doctor in San Diego. She is also single, so no grandchildren so far. I am currently an Account Manager for a book distributor. And that's all folks!
