Carole's Story
Let's start with the usual...educated and lived in places far away from my working class roots--Connecticut to Colorado--only to find myself finally settling back in a community less than ten miles from where I grew up. Go figure.
Happily married since 1980 and the mom of a son and daughter both finishing their undergraduate and graduate degrees.

, I've stayed true to my roots. Writing--most recently as the editor of an media blogzine and columnist for several national magazines as well as the manager of communications for a large Ann Arbor non-profit. Love it!
Finally, it's weird looking at all the names of fellow grads. Wonder if they are as fat and bald as most 50-plus year olds are? Nah...not us!!
