Carolyn's Story

I went to college for two years after high school. Married in 1963, had two children, one boy, one girl. Moved to NC in 1970. Divorced in 1973.Started a sign shop which I ran until '75. Moved to Fairbanks Alaska in 1975 during the Alaska Pipe Line era. Married my NC boyfriend late '75. We moved to Palmer, Alaska in 1979. Widowed in 2007. Remarried in 2014 to a biker dude. lol. n a sign shop and have been in business in Alaska since 1980. Still work part time so I have more time to play. In the winter, I snowmachine and ride motorcycles in the summer. I have two house dogs, an Eurasier and a Puggle. I participated as a dog musher in the Norman Vaughn Serum Run to Nome in 2001. (an 840 mile trip) I have a good life and Alaska has been to me and for me. cp
