Life
I AM RETIRED FROM H & R BLOCK WORKED FOR THEM 14 YEARS OFFICE MANAGER FOR TEN YEARS. BEFORE THAT I WAS RAISING OUR THREE BOYS,I HAVE RECENTLY MOVED TO ALABAMA, LIVED IN POWDER SPRINGS GA FOR MOST OF MY LIFE.
Now in 2006 I still live in Heflin Al. We have been here now for almost six years.
It is a very small town near the Ga. line.I always said I would never move to Alabama but I did even though I only live eleven miles from the state line.
Visited Hawaii last summer which is something I have always wanted to do,it was even better than I had thought it would be.
I have just returned from the Lifeway Conference in Nashville Tn. Was sort of disappointed in the Opryland Hotel. Loved the Grand Ole Opry though. The conference was great.
I still do not have any great grandchildren,but our granddaughter in engaged. I doubt if...Expand for more
any of my grandsons will ever find a girl that will put up with them. Especially the oldest since MawMaw spoiled him rotten.But that is what grandchildren are for.
Any of you that read this and remember Sally Renfoe contact her daughter through classmates.Sally passed away in 1981 and Sharon is trying to contact some of her school friends.
I have been doing income tax at home for the last six years but I have decided that I am officially retiring after this tax season.I am getting to old for the hassle.
Now is 2009 not much going on except I do finally have my first great grandchild.I have offically retired from doing income tax.
I have talked to Sally Renfroe's daughter numerous times,she has finally gotten in touch with her birth father which she was thrilled to finally meet him.Glad I could help in the small way I did.
