Many things my dad used to say:
- Moderation, moderation.
- I hope there will be no trouble!
- I seen my duty and I done it.
- Pull up, pull up, you can't land here!
- Head for the roundhouse, Nellie -- they can't corner you there!
- I so tired, I so weary; pick I up and kiss I, dearie.

ay close to some. Bump into others from time to time at an audition... But it's not the same. And you'll learn that -- when you find yourself at another theatre, trying to make plays and what you really make is another little temporary family, which is, after all, what brought you into the business to begin with."

More about Carolyn:"I feel much younger that I am. This aging thing is very weird. I don't want to go back but it would be nice to have that energy and metabolism again! I am very emotional and care way too much about things. Can't seem to change that. It has its pros and cons -- I want to learn to channel the feelings in a positive way that takes the burden off my heart. But life is SO full. I love so many people and feel so fortunate for all that I have and am able to do. I must remember to keep laughing, especially when I get too serious about things.".
