Carolyn's Story
Life
Grauduated from Texas A&I University in 1963. Taught Phy.Ed at Freer High from 1963-1968. Married Geoff Fowler in 1964 and lived in Mobil Oil Camp in Freer for four years. Moved to Corpus Christi in 1968 and then to Houston in 1969. Two sons, Darryl and David, born there. Moved to Anchorage, Alaska in 1974. Career in real estate. and's health care. On May 19, 2003 I donated my right kidney to my husband, Geoff. We are both doing great. We moved to San Antonio in June, 2004 and live 6 miles from our youngest son, David, and his family. I am now 67, in excellent health and looking forward to reconnecting with former classmates of Carrizo Springs, SWTJC at Uvalde, Texas A&I and students from Freer High School.
