Carolyn's Story
I retired from Division of Family Services in 2002. I worked there as an IM Caseworker. I have 4 adult children, all are productive citizens. My oldest lives in St. Louis and works for IBEW. One son is the manager of a hardwood flooring company, my youngest son works for the Conservation and my daughter is a teacher, presently the Reading Coach at one of our rural schools. I have 7 grandchildren, own my home which sits on 5 acres about 10 miles from town. I love the country life and have no plans to move. My days are spent eithe...Expand for more
r sewing, making purses, babysitting or taking time out to spend a few hours with friends. I attend church at West 160 Church of Christ in West Plains, MO. Through my son, who lives in St. Louis, I recently located Carlene Trokey. She was a friend of my sister Fern. My life is pretty uneventful, but full. I don't travel very far from home anymore. If it weren't for my neck and shoulder pain, I could, but traveling right now is out of the question for me. I would love to attend the reunion this year, but just am no able to do so.
