Carolyn's Story
I should have actually graduated in 1988 because I started school a year early in California then we moved to Oklahoma where I started in 4th grade here. Knew it was going to be bad when on the first day of school Angie Merchant gave me a hard time, by saying "I'd tell u a joke that will make your boobs go flat, but I see somebody beat me to it!! " Needless to say I never fit in.... and I never really had any boobs either. Thanks Angie !!! HAHA
During high school, of course I was one of the biggest school dorks ever. Can I get an OMG?
I am so thankful for Mr. Brancich and music class.
I LOVE BAND !!! I still have a great love and appreciation for ALL kinds of music.
After high school I worked at Anthony's and worked as a waitress part-time to pay for classes at Cameron. Spent too much time goofing off instead of concentratin...Expand for more
g on studying and quit taking classes and just focused on working to pay for living on my own.
I married in 1992 to my first husband and divorced in 1994. Met my second husband in 1995, and he was killed in 1997 when I was six months pregnant with my first and only child Dalton. I remarried in Nov. 2009 to a wonderful man named Billy Pettijohn. 3rd times a charm right ??
In 2006 I was diagnosed with neurocardiogenic syncope and had to have a pacemaker implant. I decided to get on board with the "health" train and start making a difference in my life. Turning 40 in Dec. 2009 ... hoping to live another 40 plus years and make the most of everyday.
We go camping alot with friends and family and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. I am thankful for the new friends I have made and continue to make !
