Carolyn's Story
I was married early, March of 72, shortly after my 18th birthday. I had four sons between the years of 1974-79. Lived in Lynnwood for most of the time and was Seperated in July of 98 and finalized the divorce in Jan. of 2000. I'd worked in various retail positions while raising my family. Worked as a Fragrance Model and later became a Rep for Bon and Nordstrom's major Fragrance lines doing special promotions along the I-5 Corridor for about 8-10 years. Then I Managed and Launched the Parfumerie at Everett and Alderwood Malls and pioneered a way to Fragrance Profile . I began to write a book about it but was lost when my computer crashed! Bummer.
I began to make Native American art/jewelry, as a hobby, embracing the Cherokee side of me. Later
I was marketing a line for Long Soldier's Legends, a Lakota artist and in Novemeber of 2000, was married to Long Soldier... yes, there's no first name.... (that's another adventure/book).
Between 2002 and 2008, I'd been traveling with my Church Youth to Guadalajara, where we build homes in the summer, for some villages but the last two years had been spending alot of time with an Orphanage and Ispeaking at Men's and Womens Prison's while there.

I was the first female to make it that far and 1 of 4 top Nationally to win out of 2,500...That was an honor.
