I am a director of a technical area called network management. Network Management involves the specification, implementation, and delivery of software applications that allow communication service providers to order, bill, provision, and monitor your communications services. As part of my job, I have a budget and deadlines and I deal with marketing and development staffs, in addition to the company owners. I also must go to industry conventions and do product demos, and speeches in front of hundreds of technical people and telecom industry trade press.
