I've recently graduated from culinary school specializing in pastry arts, yet, at the moment, I'm still working as a graphic artist for an advertising agency in Lubbock, Texas. I'm currently negotiating with one of Lubbock's nicest restaurants to be their part-time pastry chef and design their signature dessert. ly though. My boss is a great guy, so I'm going to stay loyal to him since he's been so good to me... you just don't find that very often these days!
For the last 10 years, I was the graphics supervisor for a newspaper in New Mexico, that is, until I got so tired of "small town living" that I couldn't stand it anymore... then my spouse and I moved to Texas. This will be our "in-between" city until we move to Colorado.
