Carrie's Story

No longer the shy, awkward girl you probably remember, I actually earn a living schmoozing people. More officially, I do public relations/ marketing for a large group of oral surgeons in central Ohio. I love my job - what could be better than getting paid to drive around and talk to people all day? Of course, my job does entail a bit more than this, but I'll spare you all the details until you ask. I'm also a single mommy of 2 incredible babies. our routine and things pretty well fall into place. Back when I had a social life I loved going to live shows, comedy clubs, the theatre, concerts, etc. But alas, those days are nothing more than a wistful memory. Now, my reality consists of play dates and trying to figure out how to shop for groceries with a baby carrier in the cart and a toddler up front. That does require some creativity. I'm also going back to school ito finish my bachelor's degree. I got bored with college the first time around and decided to work full-time. Now's the time to go back and finish, and I'm actually excited about it. Yeah, I know...you don't have to say it...I'm still a nerd. So, that's me in a nutshell. All in all, I love my life. There's still plenty more to learn about me if you want to take the time and ask. I'm always up for catching up with old friends and making new ones.
