Carroll's Story
Carroll is from Henrico, Virginia. Carroll is married. Carroll's schools include North Hollywood High School. Carroll later attended UCLA (Elementary Education), San Francisco Theological Seminary (Graduate Theological Union-Cal Berkley), MA and PhD, Indiana University (1970) Professor Adult Education and Human Resource Development: Univ of Nebraska (68-72) and Professor and Chair Adult Learning and Human Resource Development, Virginia Commonwealth University. (1972-2003). Fulbright Fellow to Surinam,, South America (2004). Naval Reserve and Marine Corps Chaplain (1966-1993) Retired as a Navy CAPTAIN. Wrote many research articles, chapters in books, and Editor of three educational Journals. President of three International Education Societies. Board member and Chair, The International Adult and Continuing Education Hall Of Fame.

I currently work with the State of Virginia helping assist seniors, veterans, and older persons obtain assistance in living well and healthy in their declining years.
In my opinion, the worth of any country can be judged by the way it treats its children and elderly. If either of these two groups are denigrated, abused, or discounted, that country has lost any sense of democratic integrity and their people should protest vigorously to change that culture!
