Carson's Story
Life
During the Gulf War I sustained a major head injury -- bye bye long term memory. I may or may not remember you right away. If I don't remember you right away please help me out! I'd probably like to remember you and things do come back with prodding.
All these years and for a bio all I can say is "too many years in the Army, some great years with the Red Cross, too many colleges, more than a few good friends lost with time. Hey! do you remember that time.....?"
A few of you (Peggy, Tina (found), Tammy, Angela, others), I've been looking for you for a long time and since I know how to search the Social Security Death Index, I know that you are still alive :-) email me!
If you are a Rota/DGF Alumnus and haven't been to the Rota Admiral's Association pages yet please visit soon!
School
Too many schools in so few years; if I'd only known then what... oh well, c'est la vie.
If I could do it all over again, I'd probably leave a few things out this time and I'd do a few things t...Expand for more
wice.
College
US Navy School of Music -- (euphonium & flute/piccolo
Coastal Carolina University -- (BA, flute)
Excelsior College -- (BSc, Liberal Studies)
Webster University -- (MBA, HRDv) underway
Workplace
Not really ever assigned to Washington DC but with so many years at so many chapters and on so many Red Cross DRs -- I just picked one....
I've had more than a few "part-times" but none really significant to chat about.
Wish I knew where Trisha and Dawn are from my days in Charlotte as an EMT...
Sometimes I wonder about Sandye from when I was at Mental Health in Concord....
I'd really really like to know where Betina is... (St. Louis Floods of '93)
That was all soooo long ago.....
Military
What a wonderful life it was... 18 years of combined reserve and active US Army service with 25 years of total service with the American Red Cross.
I miss the travel most; the great food next. I don't miss the stress at all!
So, what's next? I'm gonna play music and talk for a living!!!
