Cary's Story
After high school, I went to CMSU for 2 semesters, then moved to Chattanooga, TN. Hated that place and joined the Navy. While in, I spent my time overseas going on tours of every place notable in the Mediteranian instead of going to bars like most. Glad I did. Many places I went there are no longer safe or are completely off limits. Also went to Bermuda, San Juan, and the Virgin Islands several times. I decided to do a bit of skydiving here a while back and finally decided it was time to end that pastime before it killed me. I am currently going back to college and am the treasurer for the local chapter of Phi Theta Kappa. Too bad I didn't get really serious about school before now. Hindsight... I got engaged to be married three times over the years. I finally got married at 50 to my third engagement and am already in separation two years later. She was 82nd Airborne and was released on medical retirement after being injured. Guess I'm not what they call lucky in love, huh? LOL!! I still have a bit of adventure in me and that works out better if your single anyway. My dream is to live on a sailboat and just go where and when I take a notion. Maybe some day I'll find a woman with the same thoughts and well, give it another try.
