Cary's Story
Life
After going to Ball State and changing my life direction, I still couldn't decide what I wanted to do after graduation. I worked on a Masters degree in History for one year at BSU, then continued working for Flying Tomato until 1996. I left the "Tomato" to be an Assistant Manger with Arby's in 1996, started a Masters degree in Accounting in 1998, and graduated in from IU in 2002. in Indy. I stayed in Indy until they transferred me to their corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA in late 2002. While in Atlanta, I passed the CPA exam in 2004. In March 2007, Arby's transferred back to Indy.
On a personal note, I got married in 1997 to a Yorktown grad (Dawn), and we had our only child, Aleksander (Alek) in 1998. We have traveled to Europe twice and gone on one cruise. I try to play poker whenever I can find a good game, and I still like to play chess.
