Casey's Story
Life
After High School, I worked for about three years at U.S. Steel's South works plant in Chicago until "Reaganomics" set in and the job moved to some exotic Asian locale without us steelworkers. Afterwards, while taking college courses and enjoying my newfound unemployment, a friend of mine and I taught ourselves to juggle. I stuck with it and juggled professionally for a time. I auditioned for Ringling Bros. Clown College in '84 and was accepted for the Class of 1985. Sadly, both of my parents had already passed away' ( my Father in '78, and my mother in early '84), so they were not able to see me graduate and earn a contract as a clown on Ringling Bros. n the Blue Unit, I met my wife, Janet Bonakoske, who was operating a novelty stand. 84 cities later, we left the show to start a life in the Chicago area. I worked for United Airlines from '89 to '94, and then for Motorola Cellular from '94 to '01. Both jobs wound up either taken over or moved out of the country. After seeing three jobs crumble, I was feeling like the Angel of Death of the working world. My wife, Janet, my son, Sean (born 10/22/94), and I moved to Venice, Florida in August of 2001. I currently work for a company that makes hurricane proof windows. We bought our first house, and I bought my son his first dog, Buddy. I am attending school for computers, and anxious to see what the future holds.
