Cash's Story
Greetings! Okay, here is the basic story, cliff notes version.
I moved to Newport Beach California about 16 years ago from Houston Texas. I love southern California for several reasons: the weather, the beach, the mountains, the desert, the economy, the people, the over all lifestyle. I live right on the beach and love the laid back 'Jimmy Buffet' vibe here. Having a great time!
I frequently enjoy the following activities: surfing, skiing, hiking, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, roller blading, biking, wine tasting, golfing, painting, playing and listening to music, and building my mp3 collection on my iPod ( I am up to 10,257 songs)
I am a partner in a company that sells and installs solar energy equipment. My main focus at the moment is trying to develop a 50 mega watt solar farm in the Mojave desert.
I am also the Music Director at my church. I play drums, piano and guitar.
My immediate family lives in the Nashville TN area so I visit there frequently. I also frequently travel to Utah to ski; northern California to visit friends and go wine tasting in Napa Valley; Palm Desert to play golf; Hawaii to relax and scuba; LA, San Diego and Vegas to party.
I am currently single and actively dating.
Here is a brief overview of the places I have lived:
Born in Brenmawr PA on Sept 29, 1960
1961 moved to Idaho
1962 moved to Nashville TN where I learned to walk and talk. I have very good recall of that early stage of my life. I clearly recall the Kennedy assassination.
1964 moved to Vienna WV. where I attended Elementary school, was very active in sports and first fell in love with music.
1970 moved to Windham OH where I was one of the top honor students in 5th grade. Also where I had a paper route and learned to fight and defend myself from bullies.
1971 moved to Cuyahoga Falls OH where attended 6th grade, joined the boy scouts and perfected my fighting skills with other 6th grade boys after school.
1972 moved to Steamboat Springs CO where attended Junior High and I learned to ski, ride horses, hike & camp, play basketball, ride snowmobiles, bail hay, innertube down the Yampa River, shoot BB Guns. Peter Farwell was my very best friend.
1974 my parents divorced. I stayed with my Dad. My Mom moved to Lima OH.

e I was a Freshman and Sophmore in High School, and also learned to golf, hunt, fish, drive a car, drink beer, shoot pool, play foosball, appreciate southern cuisine, listen to hard rock, talk to girls, make out with girls, and learn that class and racial discrimination is very much alive in the South.
1977 moved to Lima OH to live with my Mom and attend my Junior and Senior years in High School. I spent a lot time listening to the great rock music of the day, playing street basketball, became very involved in my church, learned to sell, felt very awkward and inadequate most of the time, was a lifeguard during the summers.
1979 graduated from Bath High School in Lima OH. After graduation I moved to Houston TX and went to work for my Dad in the Commercial real estate industry. Bought my first car, a VW Rabbit. Had various part-time jobs on the side. Learned about night clubs and live music.
1981 began college as a Freshman at Lipscomb University in Nashville TN. Won a full scholarship as a musician playing in a recruiting rock band for the University. Fell in love for the first time and had my first serious relationship. Made several lifelong friends. Pledged a Fraternity. Had a blast. Went to Daytona Beach every Spring Break. Had a blast. Studied Marketing & Business Management.
Graduated in May 1985. Continued to live in Nashville for almost a year in order to pursue a career as a musician.
1986 moved to Houston TX to continue working for my Dad as a Commercial real estate broker. Enjoyed the non-stop party nightlife of Houston night clubs, art gallery's, bars, and restaurants. Dated slews of the hottest sexiest women in Texas.
1991 Went to the west coast for the first time in my life when I Traveled to San Diego for a business trip and fell madly in love with southern California. Returned to San Diego and LA four or five times over the next 18 months.
1992 received a job offer from a real estate marketing company in Newport Beach CA. Moved there in November.
I have lived in Newport Beach ever since living my southern California lifestyle with all the gusto and energy that I can, loving and living every day to the fullest possible extent. I am healthy and having a great time. Come join me any time.
