Cassandra's Story
Life
My name is Cassandra Smoot-Sonko, I'm in love with Jesus, and he's in love with me. I am a Registered Nurse living in Wisconsin. I am married and the mother of Five Children. As you may be able to tell, I am living the Kingdom Life. I am the founder and Executive Director of The Gilead Foundation of Wisconsin Inc. Gilead is a Faith-Community based, nonprofit organization that is in Applica for a tax exempt, charitable status. Gilead focuses on healing in the land. We are commissioned and committed to providing Education and Interventive services to people who are adversely affected by diseases that are disproportionately represented in low income urban areas. We accomplished these goals by supporting existing organization that are dedicated to increasing awareness and providing support and services in the community. We also create and manage new programs that allow the needs of the community to be met from a holistic point of view. The Foundation consists of: The International Christian Health Network: A Christian Based Organization that offers Christian Care Providers the opportunity to utilize their God given talents in the community. There is a focus on the evidence of Charity in Faith, Hope and Love. It's In Your Praise Media Ministries: A Christian service magazine focusing on the missions of individuals and organizations that provide charitable services in the community. There is also a Christian Reality TV Series that focuses of Disease processes that are festering in the community and Gods instruction for resolution of these disease and dysfunctions. rcerated. We focus here on prayer, family reconciliation and community reunification. The Rimer Fund: A fund that offers scholarship to young adults that declare majors in the areas of service. Gilead Previously Proven Medical Equipment: A service minstry that collects, refurbishes, and distributes used medical equipment to people in the community who are not able to afford these tools which are a requirement for thier everyday life. These services are funded by Gilead Residential Services Incorporated which is an independent franchising organization for Assisted Living Facilities and Adult Day Cares. Gilead is also funded and supported by the generous donations from churches, service organizations, the community, and the partners of Gilead Foundation of Wisconsin Incorporated.

You guys didn't know him, and neither did I. Do you remember

-He was replace by the guy from white shadow. you know, the
basket ball show.
-Then came Phillip Michael Thomas and Miami Vice (Til I found
out he didn't pay his child support!)
Which teacher inspired you most?
I think we all loved Mrs. Beard
And if you could do it all over again, would you?
-I would study like there was no tomorrow.
-I would not focus so much on relationships with boys, and,
-I would have, most of all, dove head first into my relationship
with Christ.
