Catherine's Story
After high school I went to Penn State. I graduated with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies in '99. I worked in a day care for about a year while looking for a 'career'. There I ended up meeting my future husband.
I landed a job with the Allentown School District working for a grant funded program. We help pregnant and parenting teens stay in school. I am currently still there. Pay isn't that great but the benefits are really good and I get a lot of holidays off.

g my future husband, he became my husband, August of 2004. And a year and a half later we had our son Mikey, Feb. of 2006. We had our second son, Joey, in April of 2008.
My husband, Mike, is a computer programmer who graduated from a small town called Birdsboro in PA.
Eventually I hope to go back to school to obtain my guidance counseling degree and finally a license in counseling for couples; relationship/marriage. Who knows, maybe a PhD. But that all depends on how the family life and finances go.
