I grew up mostly in Pacific Grove, CA. My maiden name was Catherine Crisante. I hate being called Cathy. I have been married to Scott for 25 years! I did his laundry and he decided to stay! He's the first person in my life who didn't call me Cathy. We have 4 gorgeous children (ok - Three adults and a sweet 11 year old) and a cutie-pie grandson! I am so fortunate to be able to do what I am passionate about - teaching people to be healthy, strong, and proud to be themselves. I love driving fast cars (mustangs and corvettes) and mostly obey the speed limits.".
