I'm sure that if Mrs. Tipps could read this, she would realize I'm not the Comp 1 loser I was in her class!
Life after Stebbins began after graduation in 1979, when my parents divorced and I moved to Boston, as I was not yet emancipated. Funny thing that Karl Miller was on that very same plane to Boston on July 6, 1979.

I somehow stumbled into the world of real estate management. I started, as a concierge, in a downtown Boston luxury condominium to put myself through school. With almost twenty years in real estate, I work for a real estate management company in the Back Bay section of Boston and now manage luxury properties.
In October 2007, I jumped coasts and landed in Huntington Beach, California. Still managing homeowner associates in southern California. The weather is terrific!
