Catherine's Story

Left East Texas in June of 1966 newly married to a man in the US Air Froce for Panama City, Florida. Were there for 18 months. Our daughter was born there. Back to Texas for a couple of years, then off to North Dakota. Next stop Savannah, Georgia. Our son was born there. Headed for California in 1974. Have been out here since then. Worked in law enforcement for 21 years in records eveidence, etc...Expand for more
. Retired from that in 2001 after husband died. Worked as a head cook at a pack station in the eastern Sierras for four summers. Worked at a small animal veterinary clinic for eight years. Finally retied at the beginning of this year. Live near my son and have two granddaughters. Love to garden. Still have two horses. Just enjoying life in the foothills of the gold country of northern California.
