Cathleen's Story
I am Cathleen Orchard - and attended Scotch Plains-Fanwood for 11th and 12th grade graduating in Jan. 1977. I've been fortunate in life with a 26 year career in the fire service in Southern California, starting as a FF/paramedic in the San Diego county area, then a fire captain in Laguna Beach, and currently a career fire chief with the City of Monterey Park in the LA area...Expand for more
. Graduated with a BA and Masters degree in Public Administration. I'm married to my partner of 14 years with three kids. We live in beautiful Bonsall, and last year finished building a vacation home in the Sierras. I'm about to retire and plan to move into some area of non-profit social services work. And am thankful for everything that I've been fortunate to receive.
