Cathy's Story
Time flies when you're having fun! It seems like yesterday that we got our diplomas and moved on. I was young and looking for adventure so I moved right on to Arizona. The year was 1979, and it truly was an adventure because it was then that I met my husband. Thirty years later (has it been that long) I am still happy to call Arizona my home. Married since 1986 (we didn't want to rush into anything), our two boys are 21 and 10. We both graduated from ASU, GO DEVILS!! And now our oldest is a "Sun ...Expand for more
Devil". After many years of staying home to raise children, I decided to go back to school and get my teaching certificate. So at age "f----", I have my first full-time teaching job. I can't help but think that this would have been much easier if I was a bit younger. Oh well I wouldn't have traded those years at home for anything. Being 2000 miles away from Chicago, my life is completely different than I imagined. I do love reconnecting with friends from the past and hope to make the next reunion.
