Life
I finally found Mr. Right in 1993 and married him in 1994.
My new last name is Shortridge. Tom, my husband is a political consultant and we are both registered Republicans.
We live in Torrance, CA in Southern California, Torrance is adjacent to Redondo Beach, just south of LAX Airport, and we live about 3 miles from the coast. We have 2 children, Benton who is 8 yrs. and Faith who is 18 mont...Expand for more

Workplace
I have been working in Human Resources since 1986, in 2000 I decided to go out on my own and now have my own HR Consulting company. I work full time consulting in HR and recruiting, and work primarily from my home office.
I love recruiting and finding the right person for the right position. It's fun!
