Cecil's Story
Life
It's been a long, winding and at times turbulent road, but I'm convinced I'm finally where I belong...
I now live in Houston, where I've been since March 2000. After 7-1/2 years of working for a multinational manufacturer and turning a non-existant Houston market into the #2 performing territory in the organization, I decided it was time to venture out on my own. In 2007 I started my own company and life has never been better or more profitable. I now own a manufacturer's representive company, specializing in HVAC, Heat Transfer & Steam related products.
In Sept. 2007 I became engaged to the woman you see with me in the photos here in my profile. Her name is Kelli. She is a native Houstonian and attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. As of May 13, 2008 we will have been together for three years....Expand for more
We have set our wedding date for Nov. 1, 2008. Our honeymoon is planned for Italy (Rome, Florence, Tuscanny and Venice). We will begin the process of custom building a new home after we're married on property she currently owns near downtown Houston, in an area of town that truly reminds me of the College Park area of Orlando. Neither of us have children, but we will have a collection of one dog and four cats once we're living in the same home...quite the menagerie! So our trade off for having no kids will be travelling together, which we are both looking forward to. On an interesting side note, one of our '79 classmates, Teri (Peer) Ceja, will be living less than a 1/4 mile from me once Kelli and I are settled after our marriage.
I still stay in touch with a few people from High school whom I have remained close to.
